Data can be shared based on user/client request with Traders or business associates of “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES CO.L.L.C., and their users/clients, regarding promotions or completions (upon availability), emergency services, firefighting, ambulance services or some certain incidents. Data can be shared with a claims processor or an insurer to provide any necessary information including contact number, if there is a complaint, dispute or conflict and data is necessary to resolve it.

Regarding drivers, data may be shared with passenger/passengers, user/client, including name, photo, model of car, colour, license plate, car photo, location (before & during trip), ‘users/clients’ average of evaluation, total number of trips, duration being registered drivers, contact information, profile of driver including praise & positive evaluation, in addition to other presented previous comments by users/clients. 

Data can be shared based on user/client request, such as location, trip information and in case of fare share with a friend or other party, taking into consideration obtained approval on such process according to applicable fundamental standards.

REQUEST OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

Reservations can be cancelled (24) hours prior to due reservation date & time, no fees will be charged in this case. In case of Pre-Booking situation, if cancellation request was less than (24) hours -considering reservation request details-, cancellation and no-show fees will be deducted or debited from the Client account at the discretion of “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC SERVICES CO. L.L.C., and balance will be refunded to specified card in service request (within a period of: three to five working days).

APPLICATION OF ABSENCE (NO-SHOW):

In event of absence (no-show) at the specified start time of the trip as in reservation request, trip status will be turn to no-show after 10 minutes, and no car from any group will be guaranteed and user/client reservation will be cancelled in the event of absence (no-show), in both scenarios:  with a call for notification or without.

NOTICE:  arrival & waiting period:

upon reaching the Customers’ specified location, a notification will be sent to the mobile application to inform the customer that the Driver has arrived at the required destination. Driver will wait for the customer for a grace period of Five (5) minutes, if customer doesn’t respond to the Driver and fail to present within these five (5) minutes period, driver is authorized to leave and be free to accept another ride request.

Waiting Charges:

If the customer arrives late, he should notify the driver that they are running late (either through Application chat or through phone-call). In such cases, waiting charges will be applicable @ (AED 0.65) per minute, starting from the 6^th minute upon the customers’ late arrival and confirmation of their ride.

Cancellation Charges:

In event of further delay or if the customer anticipates not being able to board within the frame of Ten (10) minutes timeline, driver should contact the customer to inquire about the situation. If customer doesn’t board within the ten (10) minutes from driver arrival time, cancellation charges will be applicable @ (AED 15.60) plus waiting charges.  Customer will be notified that the ride is cancelled, and cancellation charges will be applicable @(AED.15.60) plus waiting charges.  

Split Fare:

Customers opting to divide the fare among multiple individuals can do so exclusively through cash payments.

• User / client will be fully responsible to maintain confidentiality of his account.

• All credit/debit cards detail and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
• The official website as the official platform of “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES CO. L.L.C., will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.  

• Users / clients of “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES CO. L.L.C., to understand that regarding the use of its services leads to imposition of fees in return for services obtained from an external service provider. “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES CO. L.L.C., to facilitate to users / client’s payment of applicable fees on behalf of the external provider BEING payments collection agent of third-party service provider’s, payment of fees in this manner to be considered as effective as if payment been processed directly by user / client to the external service provider, and fees will include applicable taxes as stipulated by law.

• All paid fees are final and non-refundable unless “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES CO. L.L.C., specifies otherwise, all fees will be due with immediate effect.  “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES CO. L.L.C., will facilitate payment process by using user/client preferred Payment method specified in his account, after which “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES L.L.C., send payment receipt via e-mail as agreed between both. “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES CO. L.L.C. reserves the right to create, cancel or review transport fees at any time according to absolute discretion of “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC TRANSPORT SERVICES CO. L.L.C.  Moreover, user/client acknowledges and accepts that fees may be increased due to high demand.
• Debit and credit cards, visa, MasterCard, or accepted payment partner, for payment in U.A.E. Dirham.
