REQUEST OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
Reservations can be cancelled (24) hours prior to due reservation date & time, no fees will be charged in
this case. In case of Pre-Booking situation, if cancellation request was less than (24) hours -considering
reservation request details-, cancellation and no-show fees will be deducted OR debited to the Client
account at the discretion of “CABBY” for ELECTRONIC SERVICES CO. L.L.C., and balance will be refunded
to specified card in service request (within a period of: three to five working days).
APPLICATION OF ABSENCE (NO-SHOW):
In event of absence (no-show) at the specified start time of the trip as in reservation request, trip status
will be turn to no-show after 10 minutes, and no car from any group will be guaranteed and user / client
reservation will be cancelled in the event of absence (no-show), in both scenarios: with a call for
notification or without.
NOTICE:
arrival & waiting period:
upon reaching the Customers’ specified location, a notification will be sent to
the mobile application to inform the customer that the Driver has arrived at the required destination.
Driver will wait for the customer for a grace period of Five (5) minutes, if customer doesn’t respond to the
Driver and fail to present within this five (5) minutes period, driver is authorized to leave and be free to
accept another ride request.
Waiting Charges:
If the customer arrives late, he should notify the driver that they are running late (either
through Application chat or through phone-call). In such cases, waiting charges will be applicable
@(AED.0.50) per minutes, starting from the 6th minute upon the customers’ late arrival and confirmation
of their ride.
Cancellation Charges:
In event of further delay or if the customer anticipates not being able to board
within the frame of Ten (10) minutes time-line, driver should contact the customer to inquire about the
situation. If customer doesn’t board within the ten (10) minutes from driver arrival time, cancellation
charges will be applicable @(AED.15.60) plus waiting charges. Customer will be notified that the ride is
cancelled and cancellation charges will be applicable @(AED.15.60) plus waiting charges.
Split Fare:
If customer choose to split fare among multiple individuals, a convenience fee of (1.60%) Plus
fixed fees (0.25 Fills), will be applied to each individual’s shared amount.
